I went to change Micah's diaper and when I came back into the living room, this is what I found...

Maximo passed out on the floor. He loves to sit on the vent when the heater is on, I guess he was just warm and comfortable. I picked him up and moved him to his room and he didn't even wake up. I wish I could nap like that.

Happy Birthday Cynthia

Today is our friend Cynthia's birthday. We went out to dinner to Genji's Japanese Steakhouse in Midland to celebrate. Its was really good food and a really good time. We always have so much fun with Mitch and Cynthia. We are pretty sure they only come over to see the boys but that's okay because we can pretend they come here to visit with us. They have become Max and Micah's pseudo aunt and uncle and we love them to pieces. Happy Birthday Cynthia. We hope you had a great day!

Max loves to play his toy guitar. Every time a song comes on the radio or TV he is getting out that guitar and rocking out. Tonight, Micah decided to follow suit. Maybe my boys will become rock stars and support their good old mom and dad when they get older. They will of course be rock starts without drug, alcohol and sex addictions.

Jason joined Weight Watchers last week. He is really sticking to it and has lost 5.6 pounds already. I am very proud of you Jason! Jason and I have both been trying to take better care of ourselves. I just bought a fun new Samurai sword workout DVD the other day. I really like it except our ceilings are so low that my wooden sword keeps hitting it. It left like three black marks ...oops, its needs to be painted anyway. I guess I'm going to have to find something different to use. I am very happy that I have lost all of my baby weight but things are definitely not in the same place they were before the boys came a long. I would be really happy to be able to tone up a little, that and some major plastic surgery and I'll be all set...ha ha.

A glass of red wine a day keeps the age away!

I just watched a segment on Fox News about the benefits of red wine. We all know it can lower your cholesterol and is full of antioxidants but a new study just found that it can slow the aging process. Apparently there is something the in red grapes called Resveritral and it heels chromosomes which then helps keeps you younger, helps fight sickness and infection. I guess scientists are working on getting this Resveritral in pill form. A couple pills equal 1000 bottles of wine and can prolong your life expectancy up to 20 years. Wow. I do love a glass or two of red wine, but now I have a good reason to drink it on a regular basis....like I needed one anyway.
